Please let me inform you of what you can expect, after you have filled out my inquiry form.
Soon after I will call you to find out about your project and I will offer you a one hour in-home consultation at no cost. At my first visit I will take some measurements to discuss your ideas and needs and together we will work out a layout. If you feel comfortable with me and you would like to take your interest to the next level, I would then require a $ 150 deposit.
Within the next 10 to 14 days I will then visit you again to show you 2 to 3 different layouts per room or 2 to 3 different designs for a piece of furniture.
I will also carry some sample pieces of different materials and colours with me to narrow down your selection. At this visit I would request $ 100, so I can prepare some detailed drawings and a draft implementing your product selection.
On my 3rd visit I will provide you with all plans and selection sheets and a quote for your project. With this visit my final payment is due which is $100.
Please see this total fee of $ 350 for consultation, planning and design as an investment in the process of creating a living space which both reflects your personal creativity and also accommodates your own particular lifestyle choices. This amount is fully deductible if you order through Roomdesign Rauchenwald.
